April 2013 - Marine Conservation Society clean

Wednesday 24th April, 11am onwards

The Marine Conservation Society in co-operation with Marks and Spencer's is organising a beach clean in April. I don't have full details, but when they did something similar a year or two ago, the society send a couple of representatives to organise things and M&S released a couple of hundred staff for the day as part of the company's corporate responsibility programme. Some free food was available for attendees and there was (as is) a £5 voucher for anyone who registers online (click here).
